Tattoo Design Cadeuces

A tattoo design that I'm thinking of place on my calf. It incorporates medicine, male symbol (I'm a nurse that happens to be male) but also has a wizened old face imposed within which I seem to like to do in my art work. [eyes of snakes become eyes of old man with down arrow being nose]
